We distinguish our head protection in three main types:

  • Industrial safety helmets
  • Climbing helmets
  • Head coverings

Industrial safety helmets

Industrial safety helmets are primarily intended to protect the wearer from falling, falling or projecting objects and thereby limit brain and other head injuries. A safety helmet is made up of a helmet shell, a flap, an interior, a shock-absorbing padding in the edges and a back headband and should be fitted with an adjustment possibility. A safety helmet must comply with the European standard EN 397 "Industrial safety helmets" and is CE marked. Read more about this in the category safety helmets.

There is also the possibility to personalize the helmets. Printing in high quality gives the helmet a professional appearance. It is possible to place a logo on almost every location of the scale.

Climbing helmets

In certain works, the employee has to look a lot upwards, for example if industrial rope techniques are used. In this case a climbing helmet is recommended. The climbing helmets guarantee protection against shocks in accordance with European standards EN 397 and comply with the EN 12492 standard.

Head coverings

Head cover means are understood to mean:

  • Bump caps
  • Hairnets, wokkels, etc.
  • Hoods, hats and caps

Bump caps

A punch cap is a lightly executed cap, provided with a simple interior. The butt cap only protects the head against the impact of static objects or constructions. The butt cap, also called bumpcap, can be designed as a light plastic shell with the same interior or as baseball cap with dust on the outside and on the inside a plastic shell directly on the head. A kick cap does not offer protection against falling objects or other hazards. They are therefore not suitable for use as a safety helmet. Extensive requirements for the material and the execution of bumpers are stated in the EN 812 standard.
